For vulnerability reviews included in the project, we use CVE identifiers and information from the National Vulnerability Database (NVD) to identify and assess known vulnerabilities. Where relevant, CVSS severity scores, EPSS exploitation probability estimates, and the CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog inform prioritization alongside the project's context. We use the Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE), where applicable, to classify underlying software weaknesses and guide remediation.
We document the checks performed against the selected quality criteria, security requirements, and supply chain controls. Our records distinguish findings identified, remediation completed, and issues that remain open. Where ongoing support is included, monitoring and remediation activities are defined by the agreed support scope.
